Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for Banking as a Service (BaaS) operations
• Lead compliance initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Create and update compliance policies, provide training, and prepare compliance reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, particularly in BaaS, fintech, or banking
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to consumer protection
