Job Summary

To support the development of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Principal Backend Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software and cloud-native services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions and cloud-native services
• Build and support healthcare applications, APIs, and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions and participate in system design and code reviews

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or platform engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience developing enterprise software applications or cloud platforms
• Strong programming skills and knowledge of distributed systems and APIs
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and engineering best practices
