Principal Backend Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Principal Member of Technical Staff - Backend Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the CDA data platform to ensure scalability and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the platform's architecture
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure, focusing on data ingestion, storage, and processing systems

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of software development experience, particularly in backend and data-centric applications
• Proficient in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented programming languages
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on major cloud platforms
• In-depth knowledge of data architecture and database design
