Job Summary

To shape member experiences and outcomes, the full-time remote Principal Behavioral Strategist will establish and grow a discipline that integrates behavioral science into organizational strategies, driving the design and implementation of choice architecture and user-centric processes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow a discipline that bridges research, product, and design to embed behavioral science into member decision-making
• Drive the experience vision and frameworks aligned with business strategies, partnering with stakeholders to shape roadmaps
• Translate research and behavioral insights into actionable strategies for product and design teams, while mentoring senior practitioners

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in behavioral economics, experience design, or product design
• Background in strategy, systems thinking, and design for complex ecosystems
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
• Demonstrated expertise in applying behavioral science to product or service design
• Proven ability to influence strategy and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
