Principal Biostatistician

Job Summary

Acting as the study lead for multiple clinical programs, the full-time Principal Biostatistician will design, analyze, and interpret clinical studies while collaborating with various teams to support statistical needs and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all biostatistics-related activities for assigned clinical studies, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outputs
• Contribute to the development and review of clinical protocols, statistical analysis plans, and relevant study documentation
• Provide mentorship to junior statisticians and represent the biostatistics function in internal and external meetings

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages, preferably SAS and R
• General understanding and application of biostatistics in clinical trials
• Ability to provide feedback and consult on clinical program designs and methodologies
