Principal Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal IT Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analysts and work on critical and complex projects
- Collaborate with various teams to drive project success and process improvements
- Support Agile adoption and implement effective business analysis approaches
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with 5+ years of people leadership
- Knowledge of Guidewire applications, Data & Analytics, API management, and the insurance industry
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Favorable hard skills in SQL, EXCEL, and APEX
