Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business information to create actionable decisions for the product team
Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Managers to define and deliver new product features
Document processes, assist in test plan execution, and support the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in business requirements analysis and data searching
Familiarity with product and software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of agile methodologies and SAFE
Understanding of healthcare financial accounts and insurance systems is highly desirable
