Principal Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for digital transformation initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and operational needs
• Document business and functional requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in writing business requirements
• Proven experience in digital transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirements management
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
