Principal Business Analyst

Job Summary

Data-driven and analytical, the full-time remote Principal Business Analyst will shape customer management strategies through rigorous analytics, influence operational improvements, and drive meaningful change within the Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Package quantitative and qualitative insights into clear business cases to influence leadership and drive outcomes
• Leverage data and technology to deliver key initiatives that enhance customer experience and business success
• Continuously analyze business and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience in the Financial Services industry
• Hands-on experience with A/B or Champion/Challenger testing
• Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis; familiarity with Python preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for uncovering insights from data
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
