Job Summary

Partnering with marketing and operations analytics, the full-time Principal Business Analyst will translate business questions into clear product requirements and deliver data products that provide actionable insights, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key business questions and KPIs, ensuring alignment around a shared source of truth
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Drive cross-functional execution between business and data teams, ensuring coordinated delivery and timely resolution of issues impacting outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or a related role
• Proven experience bridging business stakeholders and technical or data teams
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, math, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Experience writing product requirements and user stories within an agile framework
