Principal Business Analyst
Job Summary
Owning analytics, modeling, reporting, and recommendations for Portfolio Management programs, the remote Principal Business Analyst will design strategies for customer engagement and risk management, focusing on multicard offers and rewards upgrades to enhance customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design or refine underwriting and pricing strategies for multicard and line-extending initiatives
- Develop tested strategies for re-engaging low-usage customers through rewards upgrades and purchase incentives
- Collaborate with risk, data science, and engineering teams to implement strategies in the market
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in credit, lending, or line-extension strategy
- Proven end-to-end problem-solving ability, from hypothesis framing to data analysis and stakeholder recommendations
- Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field
