Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
• Oversee configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of data while guiding process design and solution delivery
• Provide technical leadership and application expertise to project teams and ensure best practices are implemented

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Expertise with rating systems and hands-on experience with Excel models and SQL-based systems
• Understanding of healthcare payer industry issues and their impacts
• Experience with large relational datasets and various reporting technologies
