Key Responsibilities

• Architect the vision for user experience, identifying friction points and opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with leadership to design seller workflows, improving productivity through AI and process re-engineering
• Establish feedback mechanisms to understand seller needs and synthesize insights into actionable priorities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a strategic role focused on GTM systems, business architecture, or user experience transformation
• 8+ years of experience architecting technology solutions in a GTM environment
• Deep familiarity with CPQ solutions, Sales Engagement Platforms, and AI-driven sales intelligence platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of GTM business systems, workflows, and processes
