Leading comprehensive business assessments and transformation strategies, the full-time remote Principal Business Consultant will manage client projects focused on organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and change management while mentoring less experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead targeted business assessments and develop implementation strategies to enhance client operations
• Support clients in creating comprehensive planning approaches that align strategic goals with implementation
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications, or a related field
• Typically, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in leading projects and analyzing organizational needs
• Certification in the SMS Framework and progression through SMS competencies
• Experience in organizational development and change management
