Job Summary

Owning the full partnership lifecycle, the remote Principal Business Development will manage provider-facing partner ecosystems with a focus on interoperability system integrations, collaborating with leadership to align initiatives with business priorities and industry trends.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to align network and partner growth initiatives with business priorities and market opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute high impact projects and new market/product expansion initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, pharmacy, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansion
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
