Job Summary

Owning and growing large partner accounts, the full-time Principal Business Development Executive will drive revenue through strategic planning and relationship management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow assigned large partner accounts with clear account plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, focusing on executive-level engagement
  • Monitor account performance and report regularly to senior leadership, adjusting tactics to align with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in a B2B2C model
  • Proven track record of executing strategies and delivering measurable results
  • Solid financial acumen and ability to use key financial indicators in decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
