Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst - Member Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze healthcare and call center operations data to identify trends and root causes of unexpected changes
  • Transform data insights into actionable recommendations for strategic adjustments and workflow improvements
  • Design and communicate KPIs for Member Service Operations teams to enable real-time performance adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL and developing metrics
  • 5+ years of experience with BI tools, preferably Looker
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, call center operations, or workforce management
  • Familiarity with LLM coding features within an IDE
  • Experience in management consulting, product management, or translating technical problems for executive-level audiences is a bonus
