- Own marketing activities and performance metrics in one or more marketing channels for customer acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform marketing strategy and optimize targeting
- Work cross-functionally to improve profitability and refine creative strategy across various teams
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end and analyze data
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role
- Bachelor's or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field
- Experience managing direct reports and mentoring a team of analysts
