Job Summary

Principal Business Operations is a full-time role focused on building practice intelligence capabilities by transforming raw data into actionable insights to enhance customer engagements and strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a benchmark library to define performance standards across various practice segments
• Deliver monthly and quarterly trend reports for cross-departmental use, acting as the primary data resource
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects and shape the product roadmap based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting or early-stage BizOps role
• Experience in building frameworks or methodologies from scratch
• Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis and synthesis
• Ability to earn cross-functional trust and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and determining the scope of answerable questions
