Job Summary

As a central operational force multiplier, the full-time Principal Business Operations will partner with the CXO Leadership Team to facilitate strategic planning, prioritize initiatives, and drive collaboration across departments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate long-term strategic planning and ensure clear, impactful roadmaps for the CXO team
• Monitor organizational dynamics to identify operational blind spots and enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Lead high-priority initiatives and oversee the goal-setting process to align departmental targets with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy supporting executive teams
• Prior exposure to Customer Experience or scaled operational environments is preferred
• Experience in navigating complex transformations and aligning senior executives in high-growth organizations
• Proven ability to manage large-scale program management methodologies and strategic planning frameworks
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and political savvy to handle sensitive organizational information discreetly
