Principal Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Operating as a senior partner within the Transformation Office, the full-time Principal Business Operations Analyst will support various initiatives by executing high-priority tasks, conducting data analysis, and creating deliverables to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Forward Deployed Engineering program by managing opportunity intake, requirements capture, and value tracking
• Transform ambiguous requests into polished deliverables such as executive communications, analysis, and status updates
• Lead data analysis across financial and operational domains, focusing on ROI and cost optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics

Required qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or program leadership, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong ability to execute tasks with minimal direction, producing clear and polished drafts
• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to independently structure and analyze large datasets; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of AI tools and their application to enhance operational workflows
• Experience in identifying and implementing process automation solutions to improve efficiency
