Job Summary

Driving strategic execution across Zillow's New Construction business, the full-time remote Principal Business Operations Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, align business priorities, and utilize data insights to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a prioritized roadmap of initiatives for targeted growth
• Partner with leaders across various departments to align priorities and operationalize key business goals
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and improve the team's operational processes and planning mechanisms

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong project and program management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau or Domo
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leaders
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
