Job Summary
Focusing on Personalization and Digital Marketing Analytics, the full-time Principal Business Performance Analyst will analyze user experiences, extract insights from data, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies while working onsite in Mexico City.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user-centric personalization experiences and deliver insights to drive conversion growth
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize affiliate offers and user experiences
- Develop segmentation models and implement digital attribution strategies to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital media or consumer platforms
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Google BigQuery
- Expertise with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Kochava
- Strong experience in data warehouse design and A/B testing analysis
