Principal Business Process Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Principal Business Process Consultant will create and publish product training content, deliver training sessions for ServiceNow Impact teams, and engage with customers to drive product adoption for Legal, HR, and S2P products.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish content showcasing product adoption and capabilities on Community and YouTube
- Deliver training sessions and conduct architecture reviews to enhance customer engagement and product adoption
- Program manage cross-team initiatives, monitor compliance, and triage requests related to product engagement
Required qualifications
- 8 years in a customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Technical Process Consultant, or Customer Success Manager
- 5 years of experience managing executive business stakeholders in a customer organization
- 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools and capabilities
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Legal Contract Operations products strongly preferred
