Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level requirements discovery and solution design for Salesforce-centric implementations and integrations
• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, advising on platform capabilities and supporting scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical documentation, partnering with engineering and QA teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an agile delivery environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration, and data models
• Ability to assess processes and apply LEAN or structured analysis techniques for efficiency
• Experience with integrated enterprise systems and SQL-based data analysis
