Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-team workflows, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across multiple organizations
• Manage and maintain Kanban-based workflows using tools such as Jira to track initiatives, risks, and dependencies
• Translate complex technical and analytical outputs into structured materials for leadership reviews and governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, program operations, or analytical roles supporting technical teams
• Hands-on experience managing Kanban-based workflows using Jira or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies
• Ability to synthesize complex or unfamiliar technical material into clear operational and executive-level outputs
• Prior exposure to AI, ML, data science, or model governance work
