• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining system and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and multi-platform systems
• High proficiency with technology including SQL, Toad, MS Access, Excel, and/or SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
