Principal Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst to evaluate business processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to gather and manage requirements for software development projects
• Define and document REST API contracts and maintain Kafka event schema specifications
• Create and improve documentation, including workflows and specifications, and mentor other Analysts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst with complex projects
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and data modeling concepts
• Proficient in SQL and relational database fundamentals
• Experience with Agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
