Principal Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a remote team for a contract role lasting 10 to 26 weeks, the Principal Business Systems Analyst will analyze user needs, document system requirements, and act as a liaison between IT and business users to optimize enterprise planning and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate user needs to develop systems solutions aligned with business strategies
• Document system requirements and define project scope, objectives, and specifications
• Lead or assist with project management activities, including implementation, maintenance, and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience spanning 5-10 years within relevant fields
• At least 7 years of experience related to ERP manufacturing and enterprise planning
• Strong knowledge of ERPLN modules and business analysis for data systems
• Proficiency with SQL Server, reporting services, and integration tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
