Principal Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between large-scale mainframe system architecture and financial data integrity, the full-time Principal Business Systems Analyst will analyze z Platform environments, manage complex processing requirements, and design AI-powered solutions to automate workflows and support critical business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges
• Analyze and report on physical and logical z Platform environments, translating technical requirements into financial results
• Collaborate with technical teams and finance leadership to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years of technology experience in lieu of a degree)
• 15+ years of experience in a large-scale (90,000+ MIPS) mainframe environment
• 15+ years of experience with z Platform systems, including CICS, Db2, and logical components
• 15+ years of experience with mainframe storage processing and billing processes
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI productivity tools and large language models for data analysis
