Principal Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the evaluation of complex business processes and systems, the full-time remote Principal Business Systems Analyst will identify and implement advanced solutions to enhance organizational efficiency, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and develop comprehensive system documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for software development projects
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Toad, MS Access, Excel, and/or SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodology, including experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
