Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Category Lead, Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global category strategy for Real Estate and Facilities Management to enhance cost efficiency and operational performance
• Collaborate with leadership teams and service providers to align procurement activities with business goals
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ESG requirements by integrating sustainability and risk management into supplier contracts

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement focused on Real Estate and Facilities Management within a Fortune 500 environment
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end RFP process and technical requirements of "Hard" Facilities Management services
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive presence, leveraging data-driven insights
• Bachelor's Degree required; post-graduate degree or professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred
