Principal Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Adoption & Change Management Consultant to lead AI & Workforce Consulting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute delivery responsibilities for complex client engagements and lead multiple resources
• Own C-suite relationships and act as a principal advisor for AI adoption and organizational change management
• Architect ROI-focused business cases for large-scale AI initiatives and manage quality delivery of project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required (business or technology preferred); MA, MBA, or MSc beneficial
• Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management or related IT disciplines are valuable
• 15+ years of practical experience in business advisory or consulting within IT
• Minimum of 10 years providing advisory services in User Adoption and Organizational Change Management
• Proven track record of gaining "trusted advisor" status with executive-level management
