Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Change Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level change efforts within their Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and set the change strategy for large, complex GTM transformation initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, providing assessments of readiness and change trade-offs
  • Lead enterprise-level change impact and readiness assessments, translating insights into actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading organizational change in large, complex enterprises
  • Deep expertise in recognized change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or transforming GTM organizations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders
