Principal Change Manager, seeks a full-time professional to independently lead complex change initiatives for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring effective transformation across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and set the change strategy for large GTM transformation initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing assessments of readiness and adoption risks
• Lead enterprise-level change impact assessments and develop actionable strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in organizational change within large enterprises
• Deep expertise in recognized change management methodologies
• Experience transforming GTM organizations such as Sales and Marketing
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
