Job Summary
Principal Change Manager, responsible for leading complex, enterprise-level change initiatives in a full-time role to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and set the change strategy for large, complex GTM transformation initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing assessments of readiness and change trade-offs
- Lead enterprise-level change impact assessments and develop actionable strategies based on insights
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading organizational change in large enterprises
- Deep expertise in recognized change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
- Experience in supporting or transforming GTM organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
