Principal Client Analytics Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Client Analytics & Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a pharmacy analytics subject matter expert and provide consultative guidance to clients
• Lead analysis of pharmacy claims data and develop reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Apply advanced analytics and data science methods to extract insights and evaluate pharmacy management programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Health Economics, Biostatistics, Pharmacy, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in analytics roles, with at least 3 years in the PBM industry
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI and/or Tableau CRM development
• Strong SQL experience, including stored procedure development
• Experience merging and analyzing healthcare datasets, including pharmacy and medical claims
