Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise project delivery end to end, managing onboarding and integration for complex North American enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders at the enterprise level
  • Collaborate with North American and EMEA teams to improve delivery processes and contribute to shared documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise SaaS organization
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs, data feeds, and system integrations
  • Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder clients, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or MarTech
  • Understanding of retail structures and technology stacks
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and maintain thorough documentation
