Principal Clinical Data Manager

Job Summary

Providing data management leadership in a remote environment, the full-time Principal Clinical Data Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and integrity of clinical data collection studies while mentoring staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for internal and external teams on clinical data collection study design and implementation
• Provide oversight for the creation and review of study-specific case report forms (CRFs) and ensure timely development
• Analyze complex data management issues and recommend solutions while leading data accuracy reviews with the data management team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline preferred
• 7-9 years of data management experience required
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial design and advanced data management principles
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide data management staff
• Proficiency in developing and implementing data validation processes
