Job Summary
Leading data management activities for clinical studies, the full-time Principal Clinical Data Manager will oversee database build processes, monitor data collection and cleaning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead data management activities as a program-level lead for clinical studies
- Monitor data collection, coding, and cleaning by vendors, ensuring compliance with study metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to oversee data review and validation processes
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a scientific discipline
- At least 10 years of clinical data management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Expert knowledge of eClinical processes and clinical data management systems
- Experience with CDISC, SDTM, and overseeing study-level SDTM implementation
- Familiarity with Medidata Rave and standardized medical terminology
