Principal Clinical Data Programmer

Job Summary

To support the development of ETL data pipelines, the full-time Principal Clinical Datawarehouse Programmer will design, develop, test, and deploy data solutions while ensuring high-quality clinical data for decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL data pipelines and validation checks following the SDLC process
• Collaborate with business/project owners to understand requirements and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
• Assemble and prepare large, complex data sets for downstream applications and analytics tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• 5+ years of experience with ETL data pipelines and SQL
• 2+ years of experience with APIs and SDLC processes
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial data in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
• Experience with Oracle Life Science Data Hub (LSH) and related Oracle tools
