Principal Clinical Informaticist

Job Summary

Seeking a Principal Clinical Informaticist - Clinical Intelligence to work in a hybrid model, who will develop reasoning frameworks and intelligence capabilities to enhance healthcare data interpretation and analytical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and encode high-value healthcare concepts into Truveta Intelligence
• Develop frameworks and decision guides to improve AI systems' interpretation of healthcare data
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate healthcare expertise into user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health, clinical informatics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience with EHR, claims, or large-scale healthcare datasets
• Deep understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and evidence generation methodologies
• Strong familiarity with healthcare standards such as ICD, SNOMED, and LOINC
• Experience using SQL, R, or Python for healthcare data analysis
