Principal Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer, Cloud Content to serve as the senior technical authority for cloud threat detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize cloud detection pipelines and automated analysis frameworks
• Develop advanced detections for cloud-native threats and lead cloud threat research
• Conduct advanced investigations and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance cloud observability

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 15+ years of experience in cloud threat detection or related fields
• Strong expertise with AWS and at least one of Azure or GCP
• Proven ability to design and deliver high-fidelity cloud detections in large-scale environments
• Strong engineering ability in Python, Go, or equivalent languages
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cloud investigations and influence architectural decisions
