Job Summary

Leading the cloud infrastructure strategy for a B2B SaaS platform, the full-time remote Principal Cloud Engineer will architect, design, and manage scalable and secure cloud solutions while mentoring a team of cloud engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cloud infrastructure strategy and architecture aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, promoting innovation and continuous learning
• Architect and implement highly available and secure cloud solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
