Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and lead multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex cloud infrastructure challenges
• Manage high-priority accounts and help modernize clients' cloud environments while developing deployment frameworks
• Design cloud architecture and ensure integration with modern data platforms while adhering to security and governance principles

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud architectures, primarily in AWS
• 5+ years of experience building data pipelines in production across various data types
• 3+ years of experience writing clean, maintainable code in Python, Scala, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern Data + AI platforms
