Principal Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical expert and trusted advisor across cloud programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CNAPP implementation and execute the rollout of cloud security tools across Azure and AWS
• Design and enforce security guardrails and embed security into CI/CD and Terraform workflows
• Translate regulatory requirements into technical controls and continuously monitor compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in security engineering/architecture with significant cloud security experience
• Deep expertise in CNAPP deployment, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS security services and container security
• Experience delivering cloud implementations in regulated environments, including FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53
