  • Conduct market analysis and manage financial accruals for compensation programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
  • 7 years of work experience in Compensation, including 2 years in Executive Compensation
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Experience with job evaluations for senior leadership and executive positions
  • Knowledge of applicable compensation regulations and compliance requirements
