Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
- 7 years of work experience in Compensation, including 2 years in Executive Compensation
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with job evaluations for senior leadership and executive positions
- Knowledge of applicable compensation regulations and compliance requirements
