Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Compliance Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex internal investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Evaluate allegations and conduct investigations, including evidence preservation and interviews
  • Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Juris Doctorate preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in conducting complex investigations or auditing and risk analysis
  • 7+ years of experience interpreting State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Prosecutorial experience preferred
  • Previous investigative experience within a large corporation or Federal Agency preferred
