Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Compliance Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex internal investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Evaluate allegations and conduct investigations, including evidence preservation and interviews
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Juris Doctorate preferred
- 7+ years of experience in conducting complex investigations or auditing and risk analysis
- 7+ years of experience interpreting State and Federal laws and regulations
- Prosecutorial experience preferred
- Previous investigative experience within a large corporation or Federal Agency preferred
