Job Summary
Leading complex and sensitive internal investigations, the full-time Principal Compliance Investigator will serve as a strategic advisor on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently evaluates allegations to determine violations of laws and internal policies
- Plans and conducts confidential investigations, including evidence preservation and interviews
- Communicates findings and recommends remedial actions to mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Juris Doctorate preferred
- 7+ years of experience in managing complex investigations or auditing and risk analysis
- Experience interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations
- Prosecutorial experience preferred
- Certified Fraud Investigator preferred
