• Deliver tax compliance services to large and complex clients using specialized software
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax authorities and internal procedures
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives while assisting team members with client issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of client service-related work experience
• Knowledge of various tax compliance areas including 1099 and Affordable Care Act
• Ability to lead teams and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
